- Is this a sales pitch?
- If the call shows you do not need the full version, we tell you. Some people take it just to see where they stand, then keep the provider they have. You will hear from us after the check. Reply and tell us to stop, and we stop.
- What if you find something scary?
- We call you the same day, not in the report. Sometimes the right advice is to pause and fix that first.
- Do we have to change our systems?
- No. We work with what you already have. If a change is worth making, the report says why and what it costs.
- Is the interviewer an AI?
- The free check has no interviewer. You answer five questions and AI writes your report. In the full version, an AI interviewer can run the department conversations. It says it is an AI before the first question and asks for a yes to recording. Anyone who would rather talk to a person talks to one of us.
- What happens to our data?
- We keep it, and we do not sell or share it. For the full version we only need to look. Nothing in your systems gets changed during the assessment. Before we start, your engagement letter names every outside service that handles your information.
