Who We Are
Comserv Connect was founded in Staten Island, NY with a simple belief: small and mid-sized businesses deserve enterprise-grade technology support, without enterprise pricing or enterprise complexity.
Founded in 2016 and built on more than 25 years of hands-on IT experience, we've grown into a full-service managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI enablement firm serving clients across New York and New Jersey.
Today, we're leading the next evolution: helping business owners leverage AI as a competitive weapon, while keeping their operations locked down with layered, monitored cybersecurity.
We're not a call center. We're not a national chain. We're Staten Island's team.

Meet the Founder
Chris Ferrera
Founder & CEO
Chris Ferrera is the Founder and CEO of Comserv Connect, a trusted Staten Island-based technology firm combining cybersecurity and AI enablement under one roof. With a career in IT dating to 1999, Chris has spent more than 25 years helping businesses, government agencies, and New York City nonprofits build, manage, and secure their technology.
Comserv's Managed AI Enablement practice helps organizations move beyond chat tools and put AI to work safely: from readiness assessments and governed automation to AI voice agents and meeting follow-up systems. Chris is also the founder of AI Rebel LLC, building AI apps and automations nationally, with its flagship platform QualiflAi, an AI business operating system for small and mid-sized organizations. He leads AI workshops and training programs for businesses and nonprofits across the tri-state area.
A lifelong champion of the borough, Chris is a past President of the Staten Island Bucks and currently serves on the boards of Eden II, Out of the Storm Senior Housing, and Sundog Theatre, where he chairs the Fundraising Committee.
